OUR BABY FOOD (4+ months of age)

Henry's Hungry baby food model is designed to help parents transition thier baby from simple smooth purees to complex tasty blends onto more complete textured meals for baby to be ready to begin self-feeding. 

Each week, parents can choose from simple or spiced-up flavors, whether to include plant and/or animal based proteins and make any culturally specific requests.

Menu planning and weekly feedback correspondence between myself and parents will help ensure that feeding solids is as convenient and enjoyable as possible.  

 

Service Features

Each week, two new ingredients will be suggested to help parents rule out potential allergies.  Chef Jenny also supports parents by providing helpful tips and resources as needed.

Parents will enjoy watching their little foodie explore new flavors, new textures and new foods. We will even help you keep track of your little one's favorite meals.

Henry's Hungry provides reusable 4 oz. and 8 oz. glass jars with dissolvable labels, all of which make for easy-to-use packaging and clean-up.

 

We source Quality ingredients

Henry's Hungry food is 100% organic, non GMO, and grass fed as well as locally sourced whenever possible .  Each week, I plan and shop at local farmer's markets throughout San Francisco, as well as quality neighborhood grocers such as Rainbow Market, Gus's Market, Whole Foods, Mollie Stones, Falletti Foods and Andronicos.  Each child's meals are individually catered to meet both parent and child preferences.

About Chef Jenny

I am Henry’s mom. My name is Jenny and I absolutely love food. I love everything about food. From the colors, textures, and flavor combinations to the feeling of community around the dinner table is what it's all about for me. I cherish spending hours in the kitchen and preparing delicious meals for my loved ones.  Honestly, it just brings me great joy to feed people.  So, of course when Henry was born, I knew that I would start cooking yummy food for him as well.  Thus, the idea for Henry's Hungry began to take shape and here I am!

My mission for Henry's Hungry is to provide fresh, flavorful, organic, real food for our newest eaters. Parents have a lot on their plates both personally and professionally, and I want to alleviate the amount of stress associated with what to feed your baby. Before Henry, I was working with adults as a trained therapist and group leader in both San Francisco and Tucson, Arizona. Today, my clinical focus is on helping parents identify their personal goals and desires around how and what their infant is eating as well as teaching parents how to cook yummy home-made baby food.  I  also really enjoy being a personal chef for infants, providing healthy nutritious food options every week specifically designed for each baby from their very first bite.    

Learning from parents, working together with each family, and seeing young ones thrive from these services has been both exciting and a true honor...  Bon Appetit Babies!
